Apparently, baby abandonment is a big problem. I say apparently because I know very little about it, nor have I been affected by it. Nonetheless, my heart breaks over it.
In Seoul, Korea, hundreds of babies are abandoned each year. The babies are either unwanted or have special needs.
Pastor Lee Jong-rak decided to do something about it. This video is a preview of his story.
